Parliament

I'm confused! The entry for 1560 mentions Glasgow as being represented in the Parliament of the United Kingdom, yet today (1/5/07) marks the 300th anniversary of the creation of the UK Parliament in 1707. Presumably in 1560 Glasgow was represented in the Parliament of Scotland, not UK? (unsigned comment)
