[edit]I have temporarily removed the dates for each king's reign. The dates previously listed on the page were at least partially inaccurate (since the chronology was missing several rulers of short reign and simply glossed over those years), and my scant resources list several mutually incompatible dates, as well. I'm going to see if I can come up with an authoritative answer which also explains why I have these disparate timelines, but if someone wants to beat me to the punch, please have no compunction in doing so. :) Justin Bacon 01:25, 27 Aug 2003 (UTC)
Wasn't there a Philip I? There isn't one on the list...Perdiccas II had a brother named Philip, maybe that was him. Does anyone know? Adam Bishop 23:24, 5 Jan 2004 (UTC)
I've edited in a few kings whose dates were missing previously, Philip I included. Now I'm getting the info for this from sites such as Macedonia.com, which are perhaps not the greatest resources in the world, but I can't see any reason not to believe them on this. If anyone has anything more reliable, hopefully in terms of book references or whatever, then feel free to bung 'em in. Vincent-D 12:00, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
Whoops. Didn't realise most of the blanks have already been filled. Although there's a good deal of confusion over dates as far as I can tell. Macedonia.com has different dates completely from those here; now to some extent they have to be estimates, but the differences are so wide either the ones they have are 'off' or the ones here are. Again, sources would be good. Vincent-D 12:06, 24 September 2007 (UTC)
'Antipater II'
[edit]Out of interest, why is Antipater II so called? His grandfather was just regent, not King. Are we missing a previous monarch or something? Vincent-D (talk) 10:35, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
The correct expression is "centered on" not "centered around" or "centering around"; cf. http://www.wsu.edu/~brians/errors/center.html —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jermerc (talk • contribs) 18:20, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
