Advertising, blurb, promotion?
[edit]"In Influence, Robert Cialdini's best-selling book about social psychology and influence tactics, Cialdini explains how......." "Best selling" is irrelevant. Its also written like advertising. I'm not sure if a pop book, without empirical research, ought to be cited at all. 84.13.173.45 (talk) 00:17, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
While defintion and examples of automaticity are valid, is it necessary to have the copier machine example? It doesn't seem to directly explain automaticity but rather its application. I would also like to point out that automaticity is a word that is used the same way but has deeper meaning in the context of teaching reading to beginners.
