From your message 'Please, stop the block immediately or I will persecute Wikipedia and its sister projects in a court of justice.' - this is a blatant legal threat. If you have retracted your threat (which I shall assume is the case) then it is fine and you do not need to be worried about being blocked here - the block is simply a measure to preserve the situation as it is currently and prevent it from getting worse. It might help to read WP:LEGAL while we are on the subject. I'm sorry I can't be more help but I am not in a position to talk to you about our image copyright policies simply because I do not know them. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere.
