Slogan
[edit]I believe that "Hot damn, Delta Gam!" is a slogan of this group. If true, it should be added to the article. Mike R (talk) 17:39, 16 December 2008 (UTC)
- Disagree. It may be an informal slogan used by some chapters, but unless it is adopted by the international headquarters (and it has not been), it is not a part of Delta Gamma. Many would, I believe, consider it like slang -- appropriate in some circumstances but certainly nothing an organization would wish to be known for. AMCIT (talk) 18:56, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
- It’s a part a chant we do for bid day, I would not consider it an actual slogan. 2604:3D09:797D:6600:4D71:EAAE:F7E6:99B9 (talk) 18:27, 31 October 2023 (UTC)
Dazzling Delta Gammas
[edit]A popular stereotype claims that Delta Gamma usually has the prettiest girls on campus, even more so than sororities in general. This stereotype has led to the expression "Dazzling Delta Gammas"! Where could we put this in the Article? The Mysterious El Willstro (talk) 08:21, 21 May 2021 (UTC)
- Sorry. That's a subjective judgement, without useful citation. Could be true, but unusable information for an encyclopedia summary. Jax MN (talk) 18:55, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
Great Online Resource Anchora Winter 1955
[edit]The Anchora for Winter 1955 appears to have been a *MAXIMUM* issue with a *LOT* of History and images as well as charter dates for the active chapters as well. (AnnaEvaMary , please inform if anything there has been overtaken by later research. (https://books.google.com/books?id=QZQE4Z4KDYsC) I don't know how many old Anchoras are scanned in.Naraht (talk) 15:59, 18 April 2023 (UTC)
