The result of the debate was keep. BLANKFAZE | (что??) 00:06, 25 Mar 2005 (UTC)
With 93 google hits, what in this article illustrates notability? --GRider\talk 19:43, 8 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep I'm not entirely sure what her official name is, but she comes up much more on Google as "anabukin chan" (with 1200 hits), plus more under other variations. A valid, if slightly silly, part of modern Japanese pop culture. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 20:43, Mar 8, 2005 (UTC)
- Comment Just in case anybody ever wonders why I voted to keep her but usually vote delete on other Internet memes (often with more Google hits), it's because she's already notable (within the context of Japan) as a famous and successful national ad campaign. In other words, if Anabukin-chan had never met the Internet, she'd still be notable enough for an article anyway. The same cannot be said for (for example) Mahir Cagri or Star Wars kid, who are most chiefly noted for being joked about online. Andrew Lenahan - Starblind 14:46, Mar 10, 2005 (UTC)
- Keep wierd Japanese internet memes with 1200 hits. Kappa 00:11, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Keep, helpfully weird. Wyss 01:02, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, obscure cruft. Megan1967 03:00, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Delete, 1200 hits is really not notable for an internet meme. Start talking from 10 kilogoogles. Radiant! 08:58, Mar 9, 2005 (UTC)
- Comment. Does anyone know how she Googles in Japanese? --TenOfAllTrades | Talk 18:17, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- [1] 2,350 hits. Kappa 20:33, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)
- Tentative keep for the weird meme, then--she seems notable to Japanese speakers. Perhaps change the name of the article, too...? --TenOfAllTrades | Talk 20:54, 9 Mar 2005 (UTC)

- Keep as interestingly weird. -- Jmabel | Talk 01:37, Mar 11, 2005 (UTC)
