Erachima, formerly known as tjstrf, is a Wikipedia user. Now that that's clarified, I can stop using the 3rd person.
I am 20 years old, and an engineering student in Washington. I have been a Wikipedian since May 2005, but only became fully active in May 2006. I have made most of my contributions here to articles under Wikipedia:Wikiproject Anime and Manga, especially the Bleach (manga) category. My favorite genre of music is technoclassical, of which, according to Whatlinkshere?, I am the only fan in the entire world.
User:Ynhockey Ynhockey was one of the first experienced users I met on Wikipedia, and still among the best I've seen. He served as a great example to me as a new user, and I continue to look up to him. User:GTBacchus Though I sometimes disagree with his views, GTBacchus is an overall reasonable individual, and an example of an excellent and helpful administrator.
I believe individual Wikiprojects should be given a decent amount of self-government with respect to guidelines. Basic policies are of course immutable, or at least require broader consensus for change, but individual projects should be reasonably free to determine their own standards for presumption of notability, reliable sources, article quality rankings, and the like.
I believe people with strong feelings about controversial issues should avoid editing articles related to those issues if at all possible. Wikipedia should not be a political environment, no one likes an activist.
I think it is the responsibility of those with little or no affiliation with controversial subjects to edit their articles in a responsible manner, and especially to aid in resolving edit wars. If you find an edit war in progress, be proactive and try to help while not joining a side in the argument. If necessary, go read a book or two on the subject to learn about it.
Above all else, try to get more intelligent editors to join the community. Many people you know in real life would be glad to contribute to our project if they knew about it, so ask them. The worst they can do is say no.
I, yueni, hereby award you the BarnSakura for your excellent contributions to manga and anime-related articles, particularly on Bleach-related articles.

Taking a look at your most recent contributions to Bleach (manga), I'm really impressed of your work. Pity I didn't give this to you sooner. Your determination inspires me to do better at my own stuff. Keep up teh good work! ♣Tohru Honda13♣ 02:56, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
Those few who still explain in edit summaries what they're doing seem to me to deserve recognition. Mel Etitis (Talk) 08:26, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
