List of notable comprimario roles
[edit]I'm starting a list of notable comprimario roles. Feel free to expand it, but in the interest of brevity I strongly suggest sticking to operas which are often performed and familiar even to non-opera-freaks, like Mozart's big five, Wagner's ten mature operas, Der Rosenkavalier, and stuff on that level of famousness. So, let's leave out, for instance, the anonymous Christian victim in Poliuto, Sithos in Das Labyrinth, and Lieschen in Der Ring des Polykrates. HandsomeMrToad (talk) 06:53, 14 July 2018 (UTC)
